Option to add small icons to tabs to indicate attack, liaison, shadow, etc

It would be great to be able to indicate on the tabs some more details of the type of the card. I like the idea of using small symbols for various types. I'm not entirely clear on precisely what this should result in. A few (conflicting) ideas:

1. Indicate the attributes of what the card does, like "Village", "Buy", "Draw", "Thinning", "Money", "Gaining", "VP". I considered this, but my instinct is that's probably not a good idea.
2. Indicate the types of the card which affect setup: Fate, Doom, Liaison, Looter, Omen. This seems potentially useful when choosing cards, to know when to include which special cards like Hexes, Allies, etc, but it brings to mind questions like "there should be a type that indicates which cards give out loot", and "why is that not what "Looter" does?"
3. So far I've noticed that in the TGG Dominion app, they indicate Attacks, Shadows, Omens and Liaisons with special symbols. I'm not sure if there are others, but perhaps start with those?

I'd potentially be willing to work on the code for this, but I want to create an issue first to see what other people think of the idea, and ways to improve it.

I wouldn't want symbols on the tabs themselves but they could be added above the description text. Speaking personally, I mostly use the tabs and don't really read that info very often so of limited utility to me, but neat idea that I can see being useful to some.
