documentation update

Currently the documentation for sunbeam seems to leave out some key information about using the tool. particularly the sunbeam commands section is lacking in detail.

From what I can see, there are no usage examples for sunbeam init, extend, or config. These seem to have lost a lot of detail from v5.0.4 to v5.0.5. its currently unclear if what the working arguments and options are
