Merge the nexus repos into this repository and repoint nexus.suncoast.io to this app

The need to have these distinct is no more. Merge the nexus code here.

Originally `pylon` was going to be a central repository for all student-related data (including admissions, etc.) but this has never happened. Thus it makes sense to move the front-end app into this repository.
