I have tested the 11.6 inch model TODAY using STOCK Ubuntu Groovy (20.10), and I amSURE I hear 'Front Left' as well as 'Front Right'.

Near the charging port in RDP thinbook 1310, there is a red color LED for indicating the charging process. The expected behavior is, it should glow only when the charger is connected to the charging port and the power is on.

As far as I know, such an LED is not controlled by software - maybe you should contact RDP to find out why it is misbehaving.

The laptop is also not charging, while it is on. After shutting it down, it is charging. Previously this didnot happen with the remastered Ubuntu 18.04. so may be the problem is, this laptop is not compatable with the ubuntu 20.10. Thankyou sir.
