Proposed workflow

1. 服务部署后，能在gitlab配置webhook成功
2. 进行"test"测试服务正常
3. 应用web界面无信息，查看容器日志提示"双因子验证码找不到"

看起来是gitlab验证机制的问题。
可以把详细的日志记录发出来吗？最好前后的一些相关日志信息也一起copy过来。

检查一下gitlab access token是否正确，不行换成personal access token试试。
