Stability issues with Supabase MCP connection: Drops unexpectedly and fails to reconnect

Describe the bug
I am experiencing severe stability issues with the Supabase MCP connection. The connection drops silently without any error notifications.

Symptoms & Detection:

• There are no visible error logs when the connection drops.
• I only realize the connection is lost when the Copilot Agent attempts to use the CLI explicitly instead of the MCP tool it was previously using.

Reconnection Issues (Major Struggle):
reconnecting is very difficult and unstable:

1. Simply trying to reconnect often fails.
2. The Supabase MCP Auth confirmation modal frequently fails to appear.
3. I often have to go to the Supabase dashboard and click "Add to VS Code" multiple times to force the prompt.
4. In many cases, I have to run Developer: Reload Window or even uninstall/reinstall the extension to get it to work again.

Expected behavior
The MCP connection should stay persistent. If it drops, it should allow for an easy reconnection flow without requiring a window reload or extension reinstall.
