Create a test matcher to compare Documents with useful output about parts that didn't match

In the future we'll want high-level smoke tests that create and edit entire documents. These tests will compare a created document to an expected document.

Create a custom matcher that fills the output description text with useful information about parts of the documents that don't match up.
