Not Recieving OTP

Describe the bug
I am not recieving the OTP when logging in [I've Two-Factor Authentication Enabled & Login requests turned off].

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. run instagram-cli auth login --username
2. entring the username & password
3. Enter code received via SMS. If you do not receive a code, go to Instagram Settings → Accounts Center → Password and security → Two-factor authentication → Additional methods, and turn off "Login requests". This can prevent the SMS code from being sent. Enter verification code:
4. The issue is I am not recieving any verification code

Expected behavior
I should have recieved the code from Whatsapp or SMS.

System Information:

• OS: [Windows11]
• Terminal: [Command Prompt]
• Instagram CLI Version: [e.g. ts-v1.0.0 or v1.4.2]
• Client: [TypeScript(npm)]

Additional context
Initially without the 2FA enabled I was reciving the following:

Could you try TOTP? 2FA support is a bit unreliable but TOTP works most of the time.

Just curious, if you click that button on the UI that pops up, did it approve your login from the CLI? I got the same thing before without 2FA and it usually works if I confirm login via the UI.

I suspected there's a url they give you for challenges that redirect you to one of those confirmation pages that we can leverage for the CLI for easier confirmation, but never found if that's really the case in the API.
