Feature: Large objects under record should open minimized by default

Is your feature request related to a problem?

I have some large records (~500KB) that have some JSON fields with 20K lines. In Surrealist, it would be great if those large JSON objects could start off minimized by default so I can actually read my records without needing to scroll down or copy and paste.

Describe the solution

Collapse all JSON objects by default, or collapse objects if they have more than N keys/subkeys.
