To know how long a query has been running for accurately without using a stopwatch.
Describe the solution
Add a "Running: xxx duration" next to the "run query" button
To be displayed in 100ms intervals, then dropping back to a useful update rate based on the size of the duration
Running: 100ms
Running: 200ms
Running: 900ms
Running: 1s
Running: 1.1s
Running: 9.9s
Running: 10s
Running: 11s
Running: 59s
Running: 1m
Running: 1.1m
Running: 9.9m
Running: 10m
Running: 11s
....
