Train models with vm feature data and metal target data

Using BPF Only feature metrics, acquire a dataset containing BPFOnly data collected on the virtual machine and energy metric data collected on the baremetal. Validate the trained model on Training and Validating Workflows to determine how large the error metric improvement will be.
