Roadmap for further enhancements to PTS Dictionary

These are not urgent, but at some point it would be good to do the following.

1. Ensure all Pali and other foreign language terms are marked with <i> and an appropriate language type. Accordingly, replace existing <i> tags with <em> or <cite> where appropriate.
2. Spell out references, especially to tertiary texts.
3. Mark up and spell out all grammatical terms.
4. Consistently mark up lists of grammatical forms as lists.
5. Give the main definition its own markup (and style bold).
6. ensure all head words are handled consistently, especially in the case of multiple spellings, ending, etc.
7. Thorough proofreading.
8. Supply alternate spellings of headwords to ensure consistency with our Pali text.
9. Spell out all non-standard abbreviations in full.
