Add a section for a chatbot to the website

Website version - Start with having a chatbot section to the right similar to facebook.

Mobile version - Have a hovering, fixed search bar at the bottom of the website, which on clicking slides up a page of the chat from below. You can chat there. At the top of the chat page is a down button which brings the chat back down and shows the website again.
