In the current NJOY pipeline in ALARAJOYWrapper, MT values are extracted from the original TENDL file, the pre-GROUPR PENDF file, and the final GENDF file. Consistently, the GENDF files leave out at least two (but up to a dozen from what I've seen so far) MTs that were otherwise present in the TENDL/PENDF files. While this may be an issue in the way that GROUPR is being run, it is also possible that this is happening for cross-sections that, when converted to the groupwise form, are smaller than some NJOY threshold. Need to identify whether this is an actual problem and if so, resolve it so as not to inappropriately suppress reactions.
