This is for bookmarks added to the bookmarks bar.

1. Worth resetting the indexed state for all bookmarks that are affected, or instead of an incremental index, do a full index. Maybe some kind of major versioning as an upgrade.
2. Bookmarks added to the Other Bookmarks folder SHOULD NOT be indexed
3. bookmarks added to the Bookmarks Menu SHOULD be indexed
