home page not displayed correctly

I did following actions in order

1. downloaded and unziped the zip file of realworld
2. ran npm install
3. ran npm run dev
4. opened Firefox Internet Browser on url http://localhost:5173
5. got a blank screen with "something went wrong" message"

IT context
ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS
npm is version 11.1.0
vite is version 5.4.14
firefox 134.0.2 64 bits.

Can you provide some hints about this issue resolution that seems to be apparently tied to route resolution?
