Abcdspec-compliant Run on Brainlife.io

app-ashs-segment

This app implements the "segmentation mode" (fast) Automated Hippocampus Segmentation Algorithm (ASHS), version 2.0.0. This algorithm uses ANTs to automatically label hippocampal subfields using MRI.
