Installation has been done: Install-Module -Name WinTuner

But I can connect:
PS C:\Users\Mike> Install-Module -Name WinTuner
PS C:\Users\Mike> Connect-WtWinTuner

PowerShell does not like binary modules sometimes. Have you tried running Import-Module WinTuner after the install command?
