Uninstall package visible on the list

After uninstalling a package from the list, if you navigate to another menu and then return, the uninstalled package still appears in the list. The package is only removed after quitting and restarting the application.

Re-scan fix the issue .Re-scan automatically after every deletion will waste too much resource. re-scan manually is good for this kind of software.
