apidom-core: add support for cyclic trees for the transcluder#2683

Currently transcluder only supports acyclic ApiDOM. After the ApiDOM is dereferenced, cyclic ApiDOM can be created and then the transcluder crashes. The goal of this issue is to refactor the transcluder to support cyclic ApiDOM trees.
