apidom-ls: add support for completing whole snippets

In SwaggerEditor@4 editor-autosuggest-snippets plugin offers a mechanism of including whole snippets as part of autocompletion for OpenAPI 2.0.

This issue is about to consider if ApiDOM language service should support this for any spec that ApiDOM currently supports.
