3.0 Annotations need javadoc

Some of the new 3.0 annotations have javadocs (class level and method level), but a lot of them are missing information, which makes it hard for new users to understand.

It would also be helpful if each of the annotations had examples on how to use them so users can have a better understanding of their purpose
