Feature Request: User Accessibility Options

Accessibility options (noted from discord):

1. Easy grid size changing buttons (may be not needed, there is update display option)
2. Option for user to select line and edge thickness in settings

May be more can be added.

3. Users to be able to do keybindings. For e.g., V to multicolor instead of surface mode.

Update display option is not obvious to people who don't use Penpa+ regularly, and is fairly hidden and tedious to use if you don't have a good idea of what size to specify. It would be nice to have zoom in/out buttons available in the main UI (shown/hidden by settings if preferred) that can be clicked to change and run the update display option automatically -- e.g. clicking a "+" button increases the grid display size by 1 and updates display.
