eDP-1 cannot be powered on again after powering off, in triple-monitor setup

• Description:
  I have a multi-monitor setup, with my laptop's display, one external display connected via displayport and one connected via hdmi. When all of these monitors are in use, upon running swaymsg output eDP-1 power off, I am unable to power eDP-1 (laptop's display) on again (both swaymsg output eDP-1 power on and swaymsg output eDP-1 power toggle do nothing) until I reboot my system completely. Interestingly, when I'm only connected to one external monitor, I don't have this issue, meaning I'm able to power eDP-1 on again after powering it off once.
