Feature request: Swift Testing support

[Swift Testing](https://github.com/swiftlang/swift-testing) files (new as of Swift 6.0) are not individually parsed, and do not appear in the test pane, as discussed in #19 and implemented in #54 and #67. These should ideally be detected and supported alongside the XCTest system, like in Xcode.
