Quality control : names and parties

I've been putting together the corpus of interpellation questions, and I'd like a 3rd party to check the names and party affiliation in a random sample.

1. In the csv, you find a name column, and a person_id column. Is the ID for the right person? Indicate true or false in the name_matches_id column.
2. there's a party_id column. Was that person a member of that party at the date indicated in the docdate column? indicate true or false in the party_correct column
