The project application plan specifies that we link our database to Svenskt biografiskt lexikon (SBL). We already scrape some external identifiers, e.g. portrait archive and Riksdagen GUID. Svenskt biografiskt lexikon (SBL) identifiers are on wikidata for at least some MPs, so add this to the scraping process.
