Clicking and dragging the horizontal/vertical scroll bar no longer works

Hey all, 

As noted in the title, the click and drag for the horizontal/vertical scroll bar no longer works for the ngx-gridster-item's. Scrolling with the mouse still works. This is specific for the edge browser 

Edge Version: Version 114.0.1823.43 (Official build) (64-bit)
