Proxy support

Wanted to use proxy support on the latest 6.1 release (windows 11) to debug some APIs.
No luck.
Went to the latest swift-corelibs-foundation source code to check for support and noticed

    //TODO: Proxy setting, namely CFURLSessionOptionPROXY, CFURLSessionOptionPROXYPORT,
    // CFURLSessionOptionPROXYTYPE, CFURLSessionOptionNOPROXY, CFURLSessionOptionHTTPPROXYTUNNEL, CFURLSessionOptionPROXYHEADER,
    // CFURLSessionOptionHEADEROPT, etc.

Can we add proxy support on the next release ?
