update sru form to support ssl encryption

• We already got a certificate for sru.swissbib.ch
• the https configuration is already enabled
  (see /etc/apache2/sites-available/swissbib-proxy-host.https.conf)
• but the intercative user interface still contains fix http links
  should be changed with the next update
