How can I combine the masks of different region into one masked image of each original image to feed my generator of my GAN

I want to make a masked image set of all the images but here the datasets is distributed with multiple regions of masked portions of each image I want to make it into one? can someone help me or pass me a guide so that I can code it out....Thank You!
