how to build MystiQ in windows？

I want to do secondary development of the MystiQ project on the windows platform. How to compile it using QT Creator? It always prompts that there is no ffmpeg. Even if I downloaded ffmpeg for the Windows platform, it doesn't work. Is there any guidance document?
