How to limit the maximum zoom in/out in mapviz

I am currently customising the source files according to my requirements for Noetic. How do I limit the maximum zoom out in MapViz window? Currently it seems there is no limit to the maximum zoom in and zoom out.

Are you thinking in terms of meters/pixel, or just having a fixed number of zoom levels?

Maybe like scrolling should only work when the current view's distance from ground is between a maximum and minimum distance from ground.

Or on screen Area is between maximum area and minimum area.

The value would be hardcoded.

We can add some way to limit it globally. The tilemap dynamically sets this based on the OSM protocol: https://github.com/swri-robotics/mapviz/blob/ros2-devel/tile_map/src/tile_map_view.cpp#L151. I can add it to the base class so that the zoom is limited even if you are not using the tilemap.
