Preserve/exclude specific directories from removal?

I wonder is it possible to
Preserve/exclude specific directories from removal?
I like to use fast and easy
remove --permanently --force
with yazi
but for sake of security option to exclude specific / dirs or ${HOME} dirs could be fantastic
for example
remove --permanently --force --exclude:"/,/bin,/lib/${HOME/bin}"

Use shell command with safe-rm.
