Describe the question

On Windows, paths often contain spaces (e.g. C:\Program Files\Some App\file.txt). When using cc (copy path), cd (copy dirname), etc., the raw path is copied without quotes, so pasting into PowerShell/cmd breaks unless you manually add quotes.

I checked the docs for the copy action — it only supports [what], --separator, and --hovered. There's no --quoted flag or similar option to automatically wrap the output in double quotes.

Question: Is there a way to achieve this?

• Is it possible through a custom shell command or plugin?
• If not, would you be open to adding a --quoted option to the copy action so that it copies "path with spaces" instead of just path with spaces?

It's possible to achieve it with a simple plugin:

1. Access the selected file paths with cx.active.selected
2. Quote the paths
3. Call ya.clipboard() to copy said paths
