Cannot install SingularityCE on raspberry pi 5 with debian bookworm

chip architecture. Build from source on arm64 debian bookworm

Description of issue

Followed the steps to build from source (Skipped squashfuse by git submodule because it does not know squashfuse when run the config before make: ./mconfig, even though I installed it using apt), then got this when tried to build a .simg

FATAL: while initializing starter command: /usr/local/libexec/singularity/bin/starter-suid not found, please check your installation

There is no bin/ under /usr/local/libexec/singularity.

My question is, is arm64 support by singularityCE?
Is it because I skipped squashfuse?

ARM64 is definitely supported, and regularly used by the maintainers.

You will need to show exactly how you installed SingularityCE in detail - there's not enough information here to troubleshoot.
