Thanks, I could reproduce this now. On MacOS, a different implementation of the Tab-component is used and it was not properly internationalized. This problem should be fixed now for build 19225 -- would you please give it a try? Help|Check for Latest Build .

That's unexpected: the build is definitely online, I have just tried again for a new installation. Did you try Help|Check for Latest Build (not Help|Check for New Version)?
