Untranslatable UI Elements: Match Condition Button and Tooltip in Graph View Filter

When entering keywords in the "Filter" section of the Graph View, buttons for match conditions are displayed, but these seem to be in a state where they cannot be translated.

Additionally, the tooltips that appear when hovering over these buttons also appear to be untranslatable.
