Support for C4BB extn

Can we get some guidance on how to use the codebase to support C4BB extns.

I suggest you start by looking at the Flexporter and creating a mapping file that instructs Synthea how to fill out the C4BB profiles/extensions. See https://github.com/synthetichealth/synthea/wiki/Flexporter

If that doesn't work, you could always try to manually edit the FHIR exporter classes.

Does this generate a complete bundle for every patient or it works for bulk loader files as well?

Flexporter mappings do work for bulk data as well (R4 only) - the bulk data exporter pulls apart the Bundle and puts each resource in the appropriate file.

Hi, we have tried the approach mentioned in the pointed git repo, we are able to only generate the UScore format and not the C4BB format. Is there a sample available for C4BB which we can look into.
