Generate Inpatient "IMP" data

Are there any settings, features that I need to modify to generate inpatient data?
when I run ./run_synthea -p 1000, it generates the mentioned amount of Json patient data in output/fhir/ directory
regardless of how many patients I generate, all of them contain the code AMB ( ambulatory i.e OPD patients)

No other settings should be required.

With the default configuration, here are my Encounter.class results from running 100 patients:

AMB = 5394 (91.22%)
EMER = 375 (6.34%)
IMP = 112 (1.89%)
HH = 22 (0.37%)
VR = 10 (0.16%)
