Add Support for HL7v2

### Requested Feature

I'd love to see support added for HL7v2. Even if just ADT messages that would have Patient, Allergies, Procedures, Diagnoses, Encounters, Providers.  All of the concepts already exist, it would just need to be able to generate the HL7 transaction.
