Customizable homepage sections and left navigation links

What is the problem you are trying to solve with this feature?

Some items on the homepage and left navigation are not things I regularly use. It would be nice to have options to toggle visibility for each section (Quick Statistics, Recently Added, etc.). The left side navigation could also be enhanced with visibility toggles, a tree view, and the addition of a Labels link with those options.

What is the solution you are proposing?

1. Add a Preferences section to the Profile with visibility toggles for each item and a "restore defaults" button per section.
2. Add Labels as an option for the left navigation.
3. Add tree views as options for the left navigation for Labels and Locations.
