Crash creating thumbnails #1051

What is the issue you are experiencing?
After upgrading from v0.19.0, when I try to create the thumbnails I see the following error:

How can the maintainer reproduce the issue?
- Upgrade installation from v0.19.0 with multiple attachments
- Click "Create Thumbnails" button in "Tools"
- The error above appears in the app logs
