[IMPROVE] Please add getCurrentAddressPubkey()

This would be a method whereby a dapp can get the user's pubkey (not xpub), likely based on the current receiving/change address index on the UTXO chain. The resulting pubkey could then be used in the creation of multisig scripts etc.

This, together with the bip32 path (#698), could then be used for creating and signing multisig transactions and enable the creation of a pooled sentry node dapp that uses Pali.
