MySQL Monitor module should access global variables via MySQL_Thread

MySQL Monitor needs a set of global variables for its configuration.
This can be implemented as a new set of global variables with a new prefix, or MySQL Monitor can create a MySQL_Thread object in order to access the global variables from there.
