proxysql-initial does not work

Command "systemctl start proxysql-initial" does not work

Can you please provide the full list of steps to reproduce?

I tested this myself and couldn't find an issue, in the test I did the following:

• Install ProxySQL 2.0.16 on a fresh CentOS 7 system
• Started process via proxysql script
• Added a mysql server and persisted to disk
• Stopped ProxySQL via proxysql script
• Start ProxySQL via proxysql-initial script
• Verified server was not present and files on disk are "fresh"
