Alma packages missing systemd service

I believe the project is that the Makefile's almalinux9_build is using rhel-compliant/.../proxysql.spec which uses init.d, instead of a version similar to rhel7/.../proxysql.spec.

CentOS 8 uses the rhel7 version, so it's probably safe for Alma to use it too?

I'm after Alma 9 packages, but the problem is across both 8 + 9.
