SAVE MYSQL = SAVE MYSQL SERVERS + SAVE MYSQL USERS
LOAD MYSQL = LOAD MYSQL SERVERS + LOAD MYSQL USERS
Order should not be relevant if PRAGMA foreign_keys=OFF
