Mimic Linux kernel's `menuconfig` interface

The current terminal interface for Kconfiglib differs significantly from the 'menuconfig' implementation in the Linux kernel. This task aims to replicate the look and feel of the Linux kernel's menuconfig interface.

Existing Python terminal UI libraries can enhance Kconfiglib's menuconfig with rich widgets.

The current menuconfig implementation could be improved by leveraging mature Python TUI libraries that provide modern interface elements. These libraries offer ready-to-use components like:

• Interactive menus and dialogs
• Scrollable windows
• Search functionality
• Mouse support
• Color schemes and styling

Using established TUI libraries would:

• Reduce maintenance burden of custom UI code
• Provide a more polished and intuitive interface
• Enable faster implementation of new UI features
• Ensure cross-platform compatibility
