Splite the whole tex file into several small chapter tex file

Now the whole content of the book is all in concurrency-primer.tex. For maintainability and easier future expansion, I think it would be better if splite the large tex file into several tex file based on chapter, for example:
1.background.tex
2.Enforcing law and order.tex
and so on.
